She is currently a member of the Board of Management at MAHLE GmbH, with responsibility for Thermal Management, and CEO of MAHLE Behr GmbH & Co. KG. Al-Sibai has held senior management positions at Robert Bosch GmbH, focusing on general management, sales, and strategy.

The Re-Election of Board Members

In addition to Al-Sibai’s nomination, the proposal also includes the re-election of current board members, including Hans Stråberg as Chair, Mats Rahmström, Johan Forssell, Anna Ohlsson-Leijon, Gordon Riske, Heléne Mellquist, and Peter Wallenberg Jr. Staffan Bohman will not stand for re-election.
